PerusTurva is a Ukrainian engineering brand of modern shelters and civil-protection solutions for private homes, business, and critical infrastructure. Drawing on more than 400 installed shelters, our team reached one clear conclusion: not every structure that looks like a shelter can actually protect you. That is why PerusTurva became the first in Ukraine to define the CPS — Civil Protection Standard — a new-generation quality benchmark validated by engineering expertise and live-fire testing against modern threats, including the 120 mm OF-843 mine, the 125 mm OF tank round, and the warhead of a Shahed-136 strike drone. The CPS standard significantly exceeds current state requirements and sets a new bar for the entire market.
